Ed, affectionately known to his friends as Dr. Ed, was born in New Jersey and later relocated to Arizona with his parents and two brothers. In 1979, I made the move from New Jersey to Phoenix, Arizona, as a freshman in high school. The transition was quite a culture shock, but the best part was how the desert climate greatly alleviated my childhood asthma.
Several years after graduating from high school and ASU, I moved from Phoenix to Colorado and began working in Pre-need Land Sales in Littleton, Colorado. This experience allowed me to develop a keen understanding of the real estate market and the importance of addressing people’s needs with empathy and integrity.
After seven years of courting my beautiful wife, Suzi, we tied the knot at The Scanticon Hotel, which is now known as The Inverness Resort. Our journey together has been filled with love, support, and shared aspirations, making every step worthwhile, as we raise our son and daughter.
In 1999, I decided to start a business where I could achieve success while also making people’s lives easier. My inspiration came from hearing how simple and hassle-free my neighbor’s experience was when they sold their home for a seamless cash offer and did no repairs or cleaning.
